3.  Washington DC-SFRA Certificate 

4.  Copies of the following: (Front and Back)

                 Driver’s License — Or State ID

                 Pilot’s Certificate — If Applicable

                 FAA Medical Certificate — Required prior to Solo Flight

                 US Passport or Certified US Birth Certificate

                 Valid US Credit Card — Required prior to Solo Flight

                 Renter Insurance Binder — Required prior to Solo Flight
